As President of Kering Middle East & Africa, based in Dubai, she leads the Group’s strategic vision, growth, and brand presence across a dynamic and diverse region.With deep market expertise, Miral drives the expansion of Kering Houses across eight countries, forging strong connections with local communities and strategic partners while amplifying the Group’s global voice through regional cultural insight. In an ever-evolving luxury landscape, she plays a key role in navigating the balance between heritage, innovation, and cultural relevance, strengthening the presence of iconic Houses across the region.

Miral joined Kering in 2019 as Middle East General Manager of Balenciaga, where she successfully established and scaled the brand across four countries. Prior to this, she held senior positions at leading fashion houses including Vivienne Westwood, Theory, and Ralph Lauren in the UK, before joining Chalhoub Group, where she led commercial and franchise operations, own concepts curation and drove retail innovation across the region.

During this conversation, Miral will reflect on her journey within the luxury industry, explore what brand desirability means today and address the specificities of the MEA market, the importance of cultural relevance, and her vision for the future of the luxury landscape.
