Ikram Guerd is VP of Global Marketing – Managing Director US for the innovative FemTech, ASPIVIX, whose mission is to modernize gynecology with gentle in mind. She leads the US Corporation and the global marketing strategy to raise awareness around innovative solutions to reduce pain for women in gynecology. Ikram is s a seasoned healthcare marketing leader with 18+ years of international career. Beyond her professional achievements, she’s dedicated to uplift women and young girls by giving back to the community working with multiple non-profit organizations and providing mentoring and coaching sessions to women guidance in marketing and their career paths.

Segolene Reille is a Strategic Advisor & Consultant and Former Executive Director, Global Head of Commercial Operations Capabilities at Amgen, where she spent more than 20 years. Her strong leadership has been instrumental in standing up and launching new business units and products, expanding commercial presence to over 100 markets worldwide In her latest role. Priorly, Segolene successfully launched Amgen’s first biosimilars and. cardiovascular drug (Repatha) and grew the new biosimilars business unit to a multi-million dollar business, achieving significant market leadership positions across the US and on multiple international markets.

Helen McBride brings more than 18 years of investor and operator experience in healthcare and life sciences as an Operating Partner at BOLD. Previously, Helen spent more than thirteen years developing therapeutics in Inflammation and Oncology within Amgen’s R&D organization and later led translational sciences at an oncology start-up, TORL Biotherapeutics during their pipeline expansion. As an investor, Helen led healthcare investing for several years for the Fund@Caltech, a seed stage fund supporting multiple successful spinouts from the Institute.
